Working with IPMS as project manager, this home was severely damaged from water ingress. A full rebuild from the slab up was considered the most cost effective remediation of the previous monolithic clad house, salvaging some of the original fixtures which were still in good condition (interior louvres etc). The new home features cedar weatherboard, stone cladding features, double glazing, high spec kitchens and bathrooms, hardwood flooring and vitex decking which incorporates a spa pool.
Hawes Building Solutions were commissioned to undertake additional landscaping, pool fencing and surrounds for a fully ingtegrated solution. We worked well with Independent Project Management Services, the clients and excellent communication between all parties ensured this project went without a hitch.
