Hawes Building Solutions were engaged by Peter Cassidy in 2018 to provide a full design and build package for a new industrial building out in Tauriko Business estate in Tauranga.
Peter provided a brief of what he required as far as workshop offices and yard space for his “small machinery” distribution hub. A number of concept proposals were put forward by Hawes’s in house architect and eventually a design was agreed and full working drawings were prepared for building consent lodgement. Hawes were able to value engineer the build to meet the clients budget. Hawes also have a great team of consultants on hand that provide specific information and detailing on engineering, geotechnical, fire rating and site surveying.
All trades and consultants were engaged and project managed under the Hawes umbrella. The building was successfully completed in July 2019.
