SBS Bank engaged us to undertake a fit-out for their proposed new branch at Bethlehem in Tauranga. This was a brand-new location for the bank, so we had to start from scratch in an empty tenancy.
McCulloch Architects were the lead designers for the project and were highly experienced in this type of work, which was very beneficial.
The project involved a number of specialist trades and finishes as required to complete the work to a high standard and the banks nationwide corporate image. The construction programme was also very tight requiring stringent monitoring and adaptation throughout.
Hawes Building Solutions took on this responsibility and delivered a project to be proud of. The final outcome was a fantastic new branch for the SBS Bank, that was completed on time and on budget.
